Terms and Conditions

By booking with Dammie Photography, the client agrees to the following terms:

-Contact me if any question or concern arises before booking an appointment

-Due to social distancing rules, no extra guest will be allowed to studio shoot without prior discussion.

-A non-refundable booking fee of $100 (approx. 20% for weddings) will confirm your booking, The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client's chosen package when calculating the final balance due. 

-No Boudoir Photos of any sort will not be offered

-Clients must be on time and prepared for their shoot session. No excessive editing will not be done as a result of being unprepared

-Travel fees may be factored in depending on the location of the service rendered.

-A $50 late fee will be charged for every 30 mins that the client is late. 15 mins grace period will be considered to help accommodate for any last-minute surprises.

-Upon arriving for a late session, the client agrees to shoot for the remainder of the time booked. Any Extra time needed will result in additional fees.

- The Client releases Dammie Photography and its affiliated from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during events, weddings, and photoshoots.

- The Client forfeits all rights to bring a suit against Dammie photography and/or it affiliates for any reason. In return, the Client will receive the agreed-upon services offered.
